Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable).

We ship from Melbourne, Australia, using Australia Post (AusPost).

International Shipping
We ship internationally via Australia Post, with delivery times typically ranging from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the destination. Check here to see if Australia Post delivers to your country.
If we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified and issued a full refund. Please note that refunds may take a few business days to process.
For EU Customers
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we have suspended shipping to EU countries. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Customs, VAT & Import Fees
- Taxes, VAT, customs duties, and import fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
- These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid directly to your country’s customs office upon delivery.
- For US orders only, we will handle the tariff on our end, so you can enjoy your order without paying anything extra.
All international orders will include a tracking number. This helps you track when your parcel arrives at customs, allowing you to pay any taxes or fees promptly and avoid potential delays.

Refunds & Exchange
Once your parcel has been shipped, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If you realise there’s a mistake with your order, please email us right away at satoko77kyy@gmail.com before we dispatch your parcel.

Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is handed to AusPost, we cannot control delays or lost parcels. If your package is significantly delayed or missing, don't hesitate to get in touch with us—we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any orders flagged as suspicious or fraudulent.
